I first became interested in hypnosis in 1994 when I saw a stage hypnosis show. I thought, 'Wow that is so cool!' What amazed me even more was how powerful the mind is. I began to think of all the things you can accomplish if you can access that power within yourself. When the opportunity arose, I got certified as a hypnotist. I started, like most hypnotists, working with friends and family helping them to achieve their goals, with wonderful results! This led me to investigate what else hypnosis had to offer: pain management, a compliment/ alternative to anesthesia, smoking cessation, releasing fears, increasing energy, improved self-confidence, the list goes on and on. I have always loved puzzles, which is probably why I enjoyed accounting so much. Hypnosis is a wonderful tool to help arrange the pieces of the puzzle that make up our lives. I find helping people accomplish their goals incredibly rewarding. I bring an empathetic ear, a positive outlook, and an inquisitive mind to my practice. Allow me to assist you in discovering solutions to the puzzles in your life.
